EMPLOYMENT BASED VISAS

H Visas

H non-immigrant visas may be used by U.S. employers to permit foreign workers to stay in the U.S. for a specified temporary period.

This visa category includes temporary workers in shortage occupations, professional workers, nurses, and trainees.

TN Visas

The TN Visa permits Canadian and Mexican citizens to temporarily come to the U.S. to work in a professional field.  The TN visa is often offered as an alternative to the H-1B visa.

R Visas

The R visa allows individuals meeting the requirements to come to the U.S. temporary to work for a religious organization.
